At Nuttletoo, we take great care in crafting our products with love and attention to detail. We hope you and your little one adore your purchase! However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Return/Exchange
• Returns or exchanges can be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags, packaging, and labels intact.
• Items purchased during sale or discount periods are not eligible for return or exchange.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, certain categories (like accessories or innerwear, if applicable) may not be eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
• Please email us at help@nuttletoo.com or fill out the return request form within 7 days of delivery.
• Once your request is approved, our team will guide you through the return pickup or shipping process.
Refunds & Exchanges
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
• In case of an exchange, we’ll dispatch the new item once your return is approved.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.
